About The First,
First Nations Fashionista Bec

I am a proud Aboriginal woman with cultural and traditional connections to the Yirrganydji and Wulgurukaba peoples in Far North Queensland.

"I am absolutely in love with these earrings! The attention to detail is amazing, especially with the natural materials and the woven design. They’re lightweight and easy to wear all day, and I’ve received so many compliments. Perfect for anyone looking for something special and beautifully made. Highly recommend!"

Lena M.

"I bought these earrings as a gift for my sister, who loves nature-inspired jewelry, and she was thrilled! The Emu feather detail makes them truly one-of-a-kind. They’re well-crafted and the mix of silver and natural elements is just stunning. Great for anyone who wants something unique and eco-friendly!"

Jenna C.

"These earrings are gorgeous! They’re delicate but durable, and I love the natural feel of the materials. The design is elegant and goes with everything, whether I’m dressing up or down. Plus, they’re so lightweight I forget I’m even wearing them. Love the craftsmanship—will definitely be back for more!"

Weaving & Wellness Workshops

The ‘Weaving and Wellness’ Workshops encourage participants to embrace tradition, creativity and healing. To me, traditional weaving is more than just a craft. It’s a form of healing that encourages participants to slow down, focus and reconnect with themselves.

Hands On & Interactive

Participants will be in an intimate weaving circle with Bec, who will guide them through the basic weaving techniques and they will walk away with a woven creation of their very own to keep.

A Personal Lens

First Nation Fashionista is handcrafted by me, Bec —a proud First Nations woman. Each piece reflects culture, creativity, and a deep connection to tradition.

Hollistic Health & Well Being

Various topics will be covered during the yarning circle including the correlation between weaving and wellness, health and wellbeing as a holistic concept, connection and belonging and self-care.
