Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we only accept returns for defective items. You must notify us within 2 days of receiving your item to be eligible for a return. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Exchanges are subject to availability, and you must contact us within 2 days if you wish to exchange an item. Personalized, custom-made, or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
